About the Case
Our client, a large health network in the Northeast, partnered with Divurgent to run the coordination and execution of physician EHR personalization related to their multi-wave Epic go lives. As part of this workstream, Divurgent deployed hybrid virtual/onsite personalization program and developed a custom scheduling application that matched end user demand with trainer availability.
The Result
The results of this program were astounding. To date, Divurgent has hosted 2000+ personalization sessions all of which were scheduled with the Concierge Scheduling App. During the most recent wave, 98% of eligible physicians participated in personalization. Additionally, the application eliminated the need for multiple full time scheduling staff associated with the project saving the client $50,000+ and enhancing the convenience and accessibility of personalization for physicians across the organization.
Our Solution
Our client needed to minimize the need for onsite support through a combination of virtual support options and pre-live adoption activities. They needed onsite support that complied with stringent testing and contact tracing policies.
Concierge Personalization: Divurgent offered virtual 1:1 personalization for providers up to go-live. Providers self-scheduled using Divurgent’s automated system.
Simulation Training: Divurgent trainers facilitated virtual simulation session where end users walked through clinical workflows in a copy of a day in their life to understand what system use would look like in future-state.
Automated Schedule Management: All Divurgent provided workstreams were managed through Divurgent’s proprietary auto scheduling.
COVID Testing & Policies: Divurgent resources are tested prior to coming onsite, tested every 7 days when onsite. required to isolate when off-shift, and participate in Divurgent’s mandatory COVID prevention training and contact tracing.
The Result
