Watson is a healthcare technology sales leader and joins Divurgent with over 20 years of experience. She is passionate about enabling hospitals and healthcare providers to improve their operations, allowing them to focus on enhanced patient care. Her mission is to eliminate the technology adoption gap within the healthcare industry and create efficient work for providers, reduce the effects of human errors, improve patient outcomes, and reduce delivery costs. Watson’s leadership is defined by her ability to cultivate a shared vision that ignites teams to surpass their goals. Her hands-on approach and “roll up the sleeves” mindset invigorate her teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Previously, Watson served as Vice President of Sales at FinThrive, where she oversaw a team selling hospital revenue management solutions and services across 15 states. At TransUnion Healthcare, Watson led sales teams in the eastern United States. She also spent time with Alltran Health, Change Healthcare, and Executive Health Resources, Inc. In each role, she has consistently crafted growth strategies that fuel substantial revenue expansion while prioritizing unwavering client satisfaction.
