Coming off the tails of one of our most successful years to date, Divurgent has an all-star line up of service offerings for 2016. Constantly working with our clients, partners, and Advisory Board to understand and anticipate market demands, we’ve aligned our services to proactively meet this year’s industry needs, helping our clients achieve top-of-mind goals for 2016 and beyond.
Cybersecurity. Our Advisory Services Team has spent the larger part of 2015 building their cybersecurity solution offerings through dynamic partnerships, strategic workshops, and bringing on the best of the best in cyber defense. We’re excited to expand our services even further in 2016, with a very special announcement that we will release in January…you’ll want to stay tuned for that one!
ICD-10 & Clinical Documentation Improvement. Since last October’s ICD-10 go-live, ICD-10/Clinical Documentation Improvement Programs have taken center stage, and our Revenue Cycle Management Team is armed and ready with cutting-edge strategies to help providers master new coding regulations, while minimally impacting their bottom line. On the sexier side of RCM, we recently launched a ground-breaking RCM analytics toolset that’s helping providers define baseline metrics, identify areas of revenue leakage, improve reimbursement rates, and constantly monitor RCM metrics to ensure their 2016 bottom line is protected.
Meaningful Use. CMS released the 3rd Meaningful Use Rule during the last 2015 quarter, which also sparked a strong 2016 focus for our Clinical Transformation Team. Our Team will break down the MU3 ruling, identify what measures to focus on, and help wrap up MU2 attestation while preparing for MU3. A huge focus is also on MU audits by CMS, State entities, and the OIG. Audits are not going away, and in fact, they are picking up speed in the coming year, and many providers are struggling to meet the rigorous demands of the audit process.
Implementation and Optimization. As a Top-Rated KLAS Go-Live company, our Activation Management Team is looking at an incredibly busy year with some of the industry’s largest go-lives to date scheduled for 2016. As some organizations implement for the first time, move to an enterprise-wide EHR, or sync up systems from a recent merger/acquisition, our Activation Team is busier than ever. Our Team not only handles the big-bang go-lives, supporting 500-800 support resources, but we also bring on teams of 10-15 to build, test, and train specific applications and modules.
Population Health. Population health strategies are intertwined throughout all of our 2016 focuses, as it’s really the driving force behind many of today’s healthcare initiatives. Services surrounding clinical documentation improvement, Meaningful Use attestation, EHR optimization, and increased adoption are essential in preparing organizations for their journey towards population health management. Some of the fundamental services focus on helping organizations manage their data sources, standardize and cleanse data, utilize enterprise-wide data seamlessly, and work towards achieving interoperability.
I could ramble on and on about the exciting things we have planned for 2016, but you’ll just have to see for yourself! Be sure to look for us at HIMSS in February (Booth #11612), where we’ll be debuting some new service offerings, introducing some new additions to the team, and sponsoring one of the ever-popular HIMSS parties, summHIT!
