Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical training and ATE support to end-users during the Epic or Cerner system/application rollout
- Assist project managers/team leads and/or end-users in problem identification and problem resolution
- Provide Epic or Cerner support for go-lives and organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of workflows, policies and procedures, patient care/clinical business objectives, regulatory requirements and industry best practices for patient care
- Prior Epic or Cerner go-live experience
- Clinical background preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Abilities/Other:
- Prolonged use of computers requires visual acuity
- Ability to stand/walk for sustained periods of time, and the ability to move from one work site to another
- Variable hours, including nights, weekend, and extended shifts may be periodically required
