Divurgent Names Tom Griga as Senior Vice President of Client Service

Virginia Beach, VA, February 11, 2025 – Divurgent, a leading healthcare IT consulting firm and EHR specialist, is proud to welcome Tom Griga as Senior Vice President of Client Service. Mr. Griga possesses extensive experience in healthcare IT and a demonstrated history of success in helping diverse clients succeed in the challenging areas where they operate.

In his new role, Tom will be responsible for leading Divurgent’s growing Client Service team and ensuring that the company continues to deliver exceptional service and support to its clients. He will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, as well as driving the strategic direction of the client service department.

A seasoned executive with over 27 years’ experience in Healthcare Information Management (HIM) and Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) settings, Tom has a proven track record of sales and executive management, project management, strategy advisory, revenue cycle and delivery excellence. He has managed and lead teams ranging from 2-215 people, with budgets from $1M to $58M, for various healthcare vendors, academic medical sites, consulting firms, and large hospital IDNs.

Tom has spent his entire career within the healthcare space, beginning with practice management and acute care systems, EMR solutions, and document imaging solutions, as well as provided Interim CIO and Project Management Office services nationwide. He has specific knowledge of CPOE, business transformation, revenue cycle enhancement (front- and back-office efficiency), EMR & ERP solutions (Cerner, Eclipsys, Epic, MEDITECH, Lawson, Oracle) Infor, Workday and supply chain, support services, and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) systems.
