Divurgent’s Newly Appointed CCO Hannah Ellerbee to Lead Redesigned Client Service Team

Virginia Beach, VA.; January 19, 2023 – The nationally recognized healthcare IT consulting firm, Divurgent, is proud to announce that Hannah Ellerbee, former Implementation Principal, has been newly appointed as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). As CCO, Ellerbee will work closely with clients and partners to identify new services in response to real needs within the healthcare market while fostering the Divurgent Team and client partner connections to accelerate the adoption of health tools that will culminate better outcomes for customers and the patients they serve. She will also lead and work with internal Teams to dive deeper into market research and manage real-time client feedback to drive innovative services. By building collaborative and innovative solutions in partnership with current and future clients, the talented collective Divurgent Team will help shape the future of healthcare.

Ellerbee is an accomplished healthcare IT leader, known for her blend of passion, pragmatism, and thought-provoking calls to action. Her work focuses on distilling the challenges and complexities of healthcare into solvable problems and she focuses on the ability of digital health tools and methodologies, thoughtfully delivered at scale, to build a more equitable future for all patients and their communities. In addition to her industry leadership, Hannah brings over 15 years of digital health solution implementation, coupled with her experience leading start-ups, with a passion for customer success. Throughout her career, Ellerbee has been known for solving complex, enterprise-wide issues with scalable, sustainable, and thoughtful solutions. Hannah’s experiences span large, complex healthcare systems to single-provider offices. As a patient advocate and mom of a child with Type 1 Diabetes, she focuses on innovative ways to raise the patient perspective to drive actionable improvements. Redesign of Divurgent’s Client Service Team

Divurgent began 2023 with a significant internal reorganization within the Client Service Team to create an ecosystem that better serves clients and market partners, as well as gives our largest Team a well aligned runway to be and stay successful. This reorganization consists of Hannah Ellerbee serving as Client Service leadership, as well as the development of three Team pillars – Growth, Advisory Sales, and Delivery – within the Client Service department that will focus on complementary activities to bring new solutions to market to quickly iterate the best outcomes for clients and partners. Within every team, Divurgent has ensured their leaders have extensive healthcare backgrounds, allowing Teams to deeply understand the challenges clients are facing and provide solutions with a proven track record of success and excellence. At the helm of each pillar sits highly experienced Team members – Steve Weichhand (Growth), Adam Tallinger (Advisory Sales), and Joe Grinstead (Delivery).

The Growth Team includes sales leaders who own a depth of healthcare operations, start-up, and implementation experience as well as strong account management skills that will aid clients and partners understand how Divurgent’s strengths can help their organization achieve velocity and drive digital acceleration.

The Advisory Sales Team comprises of former healthcare executives, clinical, and leaders, equipping the Team with the right DNA to approach the challenges of client partners with authentic empathy and understanding while understanding how to move the needle towards achieving real outcomes.

The Delivery Team contains prior healthcare executives, experienced delivery leaders, and innovative digital experience Team members that bring solutions across Divurgent’s Centers of Excellence to support clients and partners.
