Colin is a Partner with DIVURGENT and leads the Advisory Services
Practice. In this role, he serves as a client executive, project leader
and consultant maintaining responsibility for the quality of services
delivered. He is an accomplished executive with a record of achievement
in quality service delivery and project management with extensive
experience in healthcare operations, account management, strategic
planning and alliance management. He is a decisive, results driven
leader with demonstrated success in delivering multimillion dollar
consulting engagements on time and within budget, while maintaining
client satisfaction. Colin is a demonstrated leader who has served
on various boards for professional organizations and privately held
corporations. His broad healthcare sector experience encompasses the
pharmaceutical, provider, payer, and information technology segments.
Prior to joining DIVURGENT, Mr. Konschak worked in a variety of management
roles for companies including Merck, Johnson and Johnson and IBM.
He is a registered Pharmacist with experience in Clinical Practice,
possesses an MBA in health services administration and is a six sigma
black belt. Colin is active in professional organizations, currently
serving as the Immediate Past President and Programs Chair of the
Virginia HIMSS Chapter and is a Fellow in the Healthcare Information
Management and Systems Society (HIMSS) and the American College of
Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Philip is a Partner with DIVURGENT and leads the Project Management
Practice. He is a healthcare executive with a proven track record
of success in program, project and change management in his 10 years
in healthcare technology. He has consistently demonstrated results
in leading healthcare organizations through growth and technological
change. Philip is a certified project management professional (PMP)
and six sigma yellow belt that specializes in reengineering operational
processes and creating and managing program/project management offices.
Mr. Felt has an accounting degree from the University of Tulsa and
an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas where he is currently
serving on the Alumni Board helping develop curriculum and providing
direction to the Project Management Executive MBA program.
Daniel is a Partner with DIVURGENT and leads the Revenue Cycle Management
Practice. Mr. Frietze has twenty-two years of healthcare consulting
experience with knowledge of new industry products, services, and
trends within the following areas: Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain/E-commerce
operations and application systems, Clinical and Ancillary Information
Systems, CRM/ERP Systems and Operations, Project Management Program
Development and Execution. Previous consulting successes include startup
and management of ERP product lines and services for Lawson, PeopleSoft
and Healthcare Supply Chain/Revenue Cycle Operations services attaining
annual revenue potential of over fifteen million dollars per year.
Dan has personally delivered on a multitude of engagements exemplifying
his versatility in managing start-up, small or large consulting service
engagements with both long term and immediate aggressive timeline
durations. During these engagements, Dan has successfully managed
client relationships, delivering quality results while extending and
enhancing client services and revenue. He has experience in leading
teams within startup, acquisition and transition type projects for
single entity acute care facilities, regional IDNs, and multi-state
organizations.
Dr. Millie Lee is the Chief Medical Officer with DIVURGENT. Dr. Lee
graduated medical school from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine with
honors and went on to complete her internship and residencies at Columbia
Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Lee is board certified
in cardiovascular disease, is a board certified interventional cardiologist
and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and SCAI. Dr. Lee
continues her Cardiology practice with Cardiology Consultants Limited
in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Lee has operational experience in practice
management and as the medical director for a cardiac catheterization
lab. As DIVURGENT's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Lee provides oversight
and direction on a variety of clinical and operational focused projects.
